With HippoCal you easily see, from anywhere, who wants to use the hall/arena and when. You can enter your preferred times and are then visible to the other users as well. That makes it easy and stress-free to keep an overview and to avoid exhausting “peak times”. A glance at your phone is enough to see in which time slots capacity is still available. If you would rather not show your name, you can use a pseudonym or nickname.

Training times – individually or in a group

You have an individual training session and would like the hall/arena mostly to yourself? Enter your trainer along with the hall time. That way everyone knows a lesson is taking place and that this time is particularly important for you and your horse. Hall operators can set priorities here so that problems with several trainers or too many other riders in the hall at the same time are avoided.

Lunging without stress

Especially in winter the lunging hall is in high demand and its use often involves unnecessary waiting. With HippoCal you book your lunging times conveniently in advance. If you cannot make an appointment, reschedule it or release it again via the app. Frustration and annoyance are avoided and everyone gets their lunging time.

My horse needs its time – paddocks and horse walkers

HippoCal also optimises the utilisation and organisation of horse walkers and paddock use. Enter your preferred time and the duration you need. Facility owners can set a framework here so that as many horses as possible get enough exercise and free time.

Information about events, courses etc.

Via the HippoCal app, facility owners can send messages and important information to all registered horse owners and boarders. When opening the app, all registered customers are informed about pending messages. That way even non-WhatsApp users are reached reliably and up to date.

Note down private appointments

In the next version of HippoCal you can also manage your horse’s private appointments. Farrier, vaccination, deworming, physiotherapist or dentist – nothing slips out of sight.
